Shipping Information

Continental U.S.: Most small parts are shipped UPS ground or priority mail. Cost is determined by size, weight and destination. Rush shipping is available at an additional charge. Most items are shipped within 5 business days. Sheet metal and larger parts are crated and shipped by freight truck.

International: Parts are shipped by various International carriers. Cost is determined by size, weight and destination. Please contact us for exact international shipping rates. Most items are shipped within 5 business days. Rush shipping is available at an additional charge.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We strive to accurately describe our vintage part’s condition. All parts are guaranteed as to application.

RETURN POLICY

We will accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

If the item arrived at your location damaged, please contact us and keep the original packaging material until notified. All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited.

Special orders and sheet metal cuts are not returnable. Store credit or exchange only on electrical parts.

All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.

A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

REFUNDS

No refunds on shipping unless it is a direct result of our error.

Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return. Once the return has been processed the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days please contact us.

CANCELLATIONS

You must cancel order/s before the item/s have been invoiced. Otherwise a 20% restocking charge will apply.
